The house is in close proximity  to Sydney Academy. Many upgrades over the years.New bathrooms was first and then new windows and doors. The roof was done and then the walls and ceilings. When the new bathroom was built in the upstairs hallway there was a laundry area put in for an over and under washer and dryer.

 

The kitchen has been rebuilt with new cupboards, and an island with a hood above the  built in glass top stove. The floor  in the kitchen  is presently  being replaced  wlth a new vinyl surface and the dishwasher was replaced a few months ago. The fridge is four years old and working well.The back yard has cherry trees, apple trees, black currant  bushes,  raspberry bushes, blackberries and containers to grow smaller crops. There are rose bushes and a couple of grape vines growing up against an 8' lattice fence.
