We provide you an easy, affordable, low cost way for you to sell your property yourself without paying a high traditional listing commission or possibly even a Buyer commission.

 

A Flat Rate Realty Canada Mere Posting MLS® listing gives your property direct exposure to thousands of home buyers & real estate agents greatly increasing your selling opportunity and can save you thousands of dollars.

 

Why being listed in MLS® is so important:

 

  1. MLS® stands for "Multiple Listing Service®", and is " the real estate market"   

  2. Over 85% of all properties sold in Canada are as a result of MLS® listing exposure.

  3.  Being listed in MLS® means all the local real estate agents with buyers can find your home on the MLS®.

  4.  Buyers who are not working with an agent can find your home on the MLS® as well, where they are most likely to be searching for a home, greatly increasing your chances of a private sale saving you the buyer agent fee.

 

 MLS® listed properties (for sale by owner or not) typically sell faster and for more money.

 

 If  a real estate agent brings you a buyer, you can choose to pay a negotiated buyer agent fee of your choice. If  a buyer approaches you and is not working with an agent , you don't pay any commission at all!

If you find that you would like to transfer from our "Do It Yourself Program" to our Full Service MLS® discount real estate commission Package, we will credit you back $499 ( Pro rated portion) on the closing of the sale of the property HRM only.

Whatever option you choose, "Full Service MLS®" or a "Do It Yourself MLS® Mere Posting Listing"  will allow you to Save Thousands by utilizing our Discount Real Estate Commission services.

  • Optional - Your choice of  Buyer Agent Fees From  $1 - 2%

Same services as above, you will  need to send us the photos, accurate measurements and description / write-up for the property and no lawn sign can be provided.
