Our Full MLS® Service listing is where we handle all of the details and services from start to finish for you. Our low, discount real estate commission fee of as low as 2.75% of the sale price and includes a buyer agent fee that we negotiate on your behalf to ensure your maximum savings. No upfront payment, payable only upon the successful sale of the property.

Flat Rate Realty Canada can help you save thousands of dollars in real estate fees. Most traditional Real Estate companies charge a commission of 5% or more of the sale price of your house. We do not.

Assuming a property sells for $300,000 and the seller agrees to  a typical 5% commission. The commission paid to sell your property would be $17,250 including HST.

 

In this example,Flat Rate Realty Canada charges as low as 2.75% plus HST with no upfront fees, to list your property on the MLS® and handle all of the details of the sale. Our  fee, as low as 2.75% includes a buyer agent commission which we negotiate  up to  2% of the selling price, the total cost to you would be $9487.50 including  HST.
